HDI Announces Winners of the 2026 HDI Awards

HDI, the leading organization dedicated to elevating technical support and service management across the enterprise, today announces the winners for HDI’s Global Service and Support Awards, which recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations that have achieved and maintained the highest standards of excellence in technical support and service management. The awards were announced at HDI Service and Support World, which is taking place May 3-7 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The 2026 HDI Award winners:

Lifetime Achievement Award

HDI selected Randy Celaya, HDI Business Associate and CEO of TASC Training & Development to receive the HDI Lifetime Achievement Award. With more than 30 years of experience in the IT support, contact center and service management industry, Celaya has helped thousands of professionals and organizations elevate performance, strengthen leadership and deliver exceptional service experiences. Celaya leads organizations through growth-focused training, facilitation and executive coaching delivering HDI’s globally recognized certification courses to IT professionals, support leaders and service teams across industries. He has also consulted with federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies and top-tier universities providing leadership development and service management solutions tailored to real-world challenges. He began his career in technical support and advanced into leadership roles overseeing IT operations for three major national retailers where he managed high-performing support teams, led large-scale service initiatives and helped transform the customer experience across hundreds of locations, which laid the groundwork for his move into the training and education space.

The Industry Award winners are evaluated through a meticulous selection process. Submissions are judged by panels comprised of service and support industry experts, tasked with selecting the industry’s top team, manager, analyst, desktop support technician, HDI local chapter officer, and more.
