Forest Capital Management today announced the promotion of Brian Jessen to President & Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Founder Nick Gialamas, who has served as CEO since the firm’s inception, will become Chairman of the Board and continue to provide strategic leadership as the firm advances its long-term vision.
The planned transition reinforces Forest Capital’s commitment to continuity, disciplined growth, and enduring client partnerships.
Mr. Jessen has been a key architect of the firm’s success, scaling the organization through strategic execution, trusted client relationships, and operational excellence. As President & CEO, he will lead enterprise strategy, growth, talent development, and expansion of the investment and advisory platform.
