Duane Curry is a proud native of College Park, Georgia, attended Banneker High School, and continued his education at the University of West Georgia and Clayton State University. He is committed to continuing his growth as a transformational leader by strengthening operational excellence, team development, and strategic planning while mentoring high-performing teams rooted in accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and servant leadership at Gateway Center Arena.

He was an Operations Crew Member at the first GICC location, then an opening team member at GICC’s current location. After serving dutifully at the GICC as Operations Crew Leader, he was promoted to Conversion Manager at the Gateway Center Arena. Duane has built relationships with our internal and external customers, which is why he was a great fit to lead the Gateway Arena. We look forward to this next chapter in Duane’s career with the Gateway Center Campus.”
